Who doesn’t love Fridays? It’s a great day to meet all of your weekly deadlines, be acquainted with everything that you have accomplished by the end of this week and a time to plan ahead for next week. On top of that, it also brings an opportunity to have fun Fridays at work. At the end of the week, employees should get rid of all the stress and have some fun at work by sharing some good laughs.

Playing games
The upsides of play have been noticed not only in kids but in adults too, so instead of making the work dull and boring, it’s time to play some games to have some extra fun at work. There are plenty of games that can be played in teams; rewarding the winner with a gift will earn brownie points. You can play games that would help in team building and will develop internal relationships among employees of your company.

Office Pranks
Some of you might have already done that for the April Fools’ Day, but playing pranks when someone would least expect it will be a lot more fun. Whether you are still fascinated with the stapler in the Jell-O or are planning to make someone’s office disappear, pranks are a really good way to get a good laugh. You can start with chocolate coated onions or a cake with a note “find the poop”. Once you are done with refurbishing your colleague’s desk, keenly observe your colleague as horror crosses his/her face.

Team lunch
A surprise team lunch will always be appreciated by your team members. Plus, it will provide the employees with a chance to know each other in a better manner. Pulling everyone together instead of every employee individually lunching at their desk is always welcomed. If you are out of budget, you can organize a potluck instead. Ask each employee to bring home-cooked food, which would be then shared by all the team members. Before arranging a potluck, circulate a potluck sheet that would mention what everyone is bringing so you don’t end up eating similar dishes.

Set some theme
Everyone loves a good costume and setting a theme on the last Friday of the month may give your employees to step out of their comfort zone and add a fun element to the workplace culture. The theme can be anything like Superheroes, retro, or maybe crazy hat day.
