  • What are the biggest challenges to your well-being that you face while working from home?
  • Do you think you currently have a healthy work-life balance?
  • Do you feel connected to your colleagues while working remotely?
  • Do your managers and teammates contact you outside of your work hours?
  • Do you use any of the employee benefits that are provided? Why/Why not?
  • What are some challenges to well–being faced in relation to work?
  • What are some benefits and improvements that would help you perform your work better?
