You need to start challenging yourself by taking new responsibilities and by providing meaningful solutions to company problems. You need to start interacting with your team to re-engage with your job and regain the job satisfaction that you are currently lacking.

Something is blocking you
Maybe the situation here is that your boss is stuck in a career rut and that is blocking your growth.
