The University of Massachusetts is a public university system of the Commonwealth. The system consists of five campuses in total, which includes a medical school, a satellite campus, and four universities. These five campuses are UMass Medical School in Worcester, Amherst, Lowell, Boston, and Dartmouth. The satellite campus of the university is located in Springfield.
